American Association of Notaries (AAN) offers products and services for notaries public throughout the United States, Virgin Islands and Guam. AAN hired Websoft Publishing Company to develop an eCommerce solution for selling these products and services online.

NotaryPublicStamps.com includes individual storefronts for every state. AAN uses an secured administrative interface we developed to add state-based products to the storefronts and make modifications to each product on a state level as necessary.

Each state has laws that govern the use of products the notary may use. We have made it possible for AAN to adapt to these laws by updating options for each state that are then applied to the products of that state. For instance Missouri only allows a notary to use black ink on their notary stamp. AAN has modified the product line for Missouri to only allow the selection of black for the notary stamps.

TexasNotary.com, while similar to NotaryPublicStamps.com, also has an online Texas notary application process. The notary is guided through the process of registering and completing the application online. The system then communicates with the Secretary of State's office to upload the pending applications.

Websoft has also built an American Association of Notaries member website which includes many features to assist members in their notarial duties. The site includes an online recordbook, notary locator directory, calendar and event reminders and special membership discounts for notary products.
