ServiceSkills.com is Telephone Doctor's flagship online elearning portal. The website delivers several customer service training modules that are designed to instruct learners on the value of customer service excellence.

The video and content are developed by The Telephone Doctor headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. The site features Nancy Friedman sharing hundreds of scenarios and quizzes users on the best path of customer service success.

This custom web-based application offers the Telephone Doctor administrators the ability to provide cobranding for their corporate clients. Each cobrand is developed using the customers' brand, with logo and corporate colors, as well as content featured on the main login page.

The student is guided through several series each containing multiple titles. Each title delivers a 2-3 minute video along with exercises and a final quiz. Upon meeting the required score for each title the system outputs a certificate for the student generated with the student's name and completion date.

The customer has their own administrative interface that allows them to add new business units, divisions, managers and students. They also have the ability to track the students' progress and schedule course assignments modeled after their own ciriculum.
