The Woodlands Concierge is a project developed by Websoft Publishing Company on behalf of The Woodlands Development Company to deliver an online concierge service to employees and executives of organizations located on one of the many properties operated by The Woodlands Development Company.

The portal provides personnel of The Woodlands Development Company access to update content and detail services that are available at both the employee and executive level. The portal also allows the Concierge to enter schedules of services available for all tenants on each property.

The site requires login credentials to access which allows us to maintain state and security with each visitor. Employees and Executives can use the system to request services of the concierge which dispatches work orders in real-time for review by the staff. The concierge also has the capability to escalate a work order up the chain to The Woodlands Development Company administrator for review.
